Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, orders cannot be canceled once the eSIM details (QR code and activation information) have been delivered to your email. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you purchased the wrong eSIM plan or destination, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct product.
No, unused data is not eligible for a refund once the eSIM has been activated. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected usage.
If your eSIM has not been activated, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your order details.
If the eSIM has not been activated, you may provide the QR code to another person. However, once activated on a device, the eSIM cannot be transferred.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
